CAMPS POLICIES Tuition for camps, clinics, workshops and/or events is per participant and per event. Tuition is due in full at the time of registration is non-refundable and non-transferable, no exceptions.
WHAT TO WEAR Boys or Girls may wear tucked in T-shirts and shorts OR Sports Tops and shorts, capri, hot pants, etc. for Girls. NO chewing gum or dangling jewelry. Hair should be pulled neatly and securely away from the face so that is stays up for the entire workout. All students should have activity-appropriate footwear during class. Personal items should be left with parent or in a cubby in the viewing area. Jewelry should not be worn during classes. PLEASE LEAVE JEWELRY ARTICLES AT HOME. CA/CA staff will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen. Be sure your athlete's personal items are marked with their name.
ARRIVAL AND PICKUP Be sure your athlete(s) arrives 5-10 minutes before (no earlier please) his/her scheduled camp/event time. Please pick up your student on time. Please inform us if you know you will be late picking up. Instruct your athlete to wait inside the building and you should escort them from the building to your car. A $10 fee will be charged for late pick up, PER occurrence. A pick up is considered late if camp/event has been concluded for more than 10 minutes.
By enrolling in our camps/events, you hereby agree to all policies, billing policies, terms and conditions, waiver, rules and regulations as set forth by Cheer Athletics Inc., CA Brands, LLC, and/or partner entities. Cheer Athletics reserves the right to remove athlete(s) from camp/event without refund for inappropriate, unreasonable, disrespectful conduct to a coach, instructor and/or other athletes or parents.
